SS6100 Enclosed Track Lubricators are systems for 8” pitch square, enclosed track conveyors containing both two- and four-wheel trolleys with the track opening at the bottom.

Product details
SS6100 enclosed track lubricators work with conveyors containing randomly spaced 4-wheel trolleys. Additional electric sensors on the lubricator model detect if a 2 or 4 wheel trolley is coming down the line and it then reacts accordingly, ensuring each part is properly lubricated. The lubricant volume for each of the SS6100’s lube points is independently adjustable from .003 to .03 cc. This lubricator is not compatible with free trolleys but can be used with plastic and steel wheels.
