Using our standard dispensing products paired with a servo-driven rotary actuator, we rotate the part for uniform coverage. A fully adjustable, air-assisted spray nozzle provides consistent application, while part-in-place sensing initiates each cycle. The servo-driven actuator rotates the part during dispensing, and once complete, returns to the home position for robot arm changeover. Custom nesting ensures the part remains fixed in place every time, while dual nozzles spray from both sides to achieve thorough 350-degree coverage
