Compact and versatile, the manifold-mounted Flow Sensor features an inductive design, allowing PNP/NPN configuration. With a maximum inlet pressure of 3,000 psi, the available manifolds offer 1/8",1/4" and 3/8" NPT ports. Operating on 10-30 VDC, the sensor is suitable for high-pressure, high-flow systems.
Features and Benefits
- Adjustable Flow Recognition: The sensor can recognize the flow of NLGI #0 to #3 grease with adjustable settings. It can detect a minimum flow rate of 0.10 cc/sec and resets within .5 seconds after the flow ceases.
- Versatile Power Configuration: Operating on 10-30 VDC, the sensor offers PNP (DC three-wire) wiring flexibility.
- Informative LED Indicators and Mounting Options: The sensor is equipped with built-in LEDs that indicate the power status and flow conditions (”no flow” and” low flow”).
