Returned Material Authorization Form (RMA)
Prior to shipping any product back to GP Reeves please take the time to thoroughly fill out the form below. After completion, a member of our customer service team will reach out to set up next steps. Please note all product must be returned within 30 days of receiving an RMA number. GP Reeves products are eligible for warranty for 12 months from date of original shipment.

The RMA process is available for 12 months from date of original shipment.
Return Shipment Instructions
RMA’s must be shipped to GP Reeves Inc. following these guide lines and procedures.
- All parts properly wrapped to ensure no damage occurs during shipping.
- All components for an item must be present.
- Must include a detailed packing list reflecting all product and quantities being returned.
Specific return instructions will be provided by GP Reeves with acknowledgment of the RMA after form submission. Instructions must be followed in order to receive any reimbursement or replacement product.
