Transmission Oil Filling | Application

GP Reeves excels in various applications, including precision filling. For this project, we developed a specialized filling system for transmission oil fluid. This system integrates our precise equipment and advanced controls, allowing the customer to fill exact amounts with ease.

The system’s controller enables users to set the dispense volume and rate, while also providing valuable system feedback. A dispense gun, equipped with a sensor, securely clamps to the part and offers cycle feedback throughout the process. Driven by a servo motor, the dispenser uses positive displacement to ensure consistent, accurate fills every time.
