Robotic RTV Dispensing on Agricultural Transaxle

Our robotic dispense system applies RTV material to transaxle housing pieces with precision and ease. A zero-force switch simplifies use during manufacturing, while a part-in-place sensor ensures the system only operates when a part is correctly positioned. GP Reeves collaborated with an integrator to design this custom system, which includes specialized programming to accommodate four different transaxle housing parts.

An integrated solvent cup and scheduled auto-purges prevent curing at the nozzle tip, ensuring consistent performance. Additionally, a custom nest securely holds all four parts, making this system both versatile and efficient.
