We developed a compact, turn-key solution tailored to one of our customer’s needs, emphasizing ease of use and precision. Equipped with sensors, our design ensures every component is exactly where it should be, every time.

Operators load parts into custom nests, designed to accommodate various part styles seamlessly. Once the drawer closes, multiple dispensers activate, applying an invisible dry lubricant while also marking each part with a visible paint indicator. By dispensing at all points simultaneously, this system significantly reduces cycle time.

After application, parts automatically drop through a hatch, landing under a UV light that illuminates the dry lubricant for quick visual confirmation. A status light provides real-time updates on each stage of the process, making operation smooth, safe, and intuitive.
