For this solution, our team leveraged in-depth automotive expertise, a strong understanding of grease materials, and a dedication to fulfilling each customer’s unique requirements. The automotive seat greasing system featured a half-moon, outer-diameter nozzle that applied grease to lubricate seat springs efficiently. Custom tooling, combined with GP Reeves dispense guns, allowed for seamless grease application, even during final assembly after welding and painting.

This system effectively reduced long-term friction, wear, and noise by lubricating seat cams. Precise custom nozzles applied consistent grease dots in the correct spots, while tube-style nozzles evenly coated the outer diameter of cantilevered seating joints. The dispense guns were equipped with electronic triggers and an optional part-in-place sensor, offering flexible options in vertical, horizontal, and pistol-grip configurations.
