Grease Reservoir GR3501A
The GR3501A is a 35 cubic inch capacity grease reservoir/regulator including an automatic fill valve, air pressure regulator, and grease and air pressure gauges. The GR3501A also includes a proximity sensor to provide a signal when the automatic fill valve is open, but the unit is not filling. The unit requires compressed air for operation. The grease outlet pressure will be 1.06 times that air pressure. Maximum inlet grease pressure is 3000 p.s.i. Envelope size is 10" x 15.38" x 6" and reservoir rod will not extend outside this envelope. The GR3501A will function with NLGI #00 through #2 grease.

Grease Reservoir GR5801B
Reservoir, Grease 58 cubic inch compressed air operated and complete with air pilot operated grease inlet valve, cam, air cam valves, compressed air pressure regulator, and gauge, and grease output pressure gauge. Assembly includes 2.5 inch bore x 12 inch stroke cylinder mounted on plate. Reservoir has been designed for grease inlet pressures between 200 and 1500 p.s.i. and will deliver grease at an output pressure of 90% of the regulated compressed air inlet pressure. Example: Air pressure regulator adjusted to 80 p.s.i. will result in a grease output pressure of 72 p.s.i. Because of the low grease pressure, the reservoir must be located within three feet of the grease dispensing components and the delivery tubing must be at least 1/4" ID. Reservoir is 19" high (30.25" with cylinder extended), 10" wide, and 7" deep and should be installed with cylinder rod end up. GR5801B Brochure Adobe Logo
