FS4000 SERIES GREASE FLOW SENSORS

Find air bubbles and voids in NLGI 0 through NLGI 2 grease

Detect grease flow failure for critical dispense points

  • Confirms grease flow for “zero defect” production
  • Outputs to PLC (output are discrete)
  • Operates at up to 180 cycles per minute
  • Uses two electronic PNP switches (250 mA load each)

Separate Flow Sensors (Can be added later)

FS4009
FS4009

Adjustable grease flow sensor functions with 10-30 VDC and has two PNP outputs. Sensor can be inline mounted or panel mounted and will recognize the flow of grease and includes a digital readout of pressure and set points, and doesn’t have a magnet to attract contamination or a piston to clog with grease. Flow sensor output1 will be ON during normal FLOW. Flow sensor has 1/8" NPT inlet and outlet port and has an M12 micro connector/cord (G. P. Reeves straight connector cord #1850 or 90 deg. cord #1851 is required.)

Has 1000 psi digital readout pressure scale. Use with NLGI 0 through NLGI 2 grease with dispensers that will cause 10 to 1000 psi momentarily as grease is dispensed.

FS4010
FS4010

Adjustable grease flow sensor functions with 10-30 VDC and has two PNP outputs. Sensor can be adjusted to recognize the flow of NLGI #0 to #2 lubricating grease at up to 1,000 psi., includes a digital readout of pressure and set points, can be mounted onto the outlet of a GSS dispenser with a KA7933B adaptor as shown in the illustration on the right. This flow sensor doesn’t have a magnet to attract contamination or a piston to clog with grease. Flow sensor output will be ON during normal FLOW. Flow sensor has 1/8" NPT inlet and outlet ports and has an M12 micro connector/cord. (G. P. Reeves straight connector cord #1850 or 90 deg. cord #1851 is required.)

FS4019
FS4019
Adjustable grease flow sensor functions with 10-30 VDC and has two PNP outputs. Sensor can be inline mounted or panel mounted and will recognize the flow of grease and includes a digital readout of pressure and set points, and doesn’t have a magnet to attract contamination or a piston to clog with grease. Flow sensor output will be ON during normal FLOW. Flow sensor has 1/8" NPT inlet and outlet port and has an M12 micro connector/cord (G. P. Reeves straight connector cord #1850 or 90 deg. cord #1851 is required.)

Has 3000 psi digital readout pressure scale. Use with NLGI 2 through NLGI 4 grease with dispensers that cause 30 to 3000 psi momentarily as grease is dispensed.

Integral Flow Sensors (are built into grease dispensers)

These flow sensors do not have 1/8 NPT inlet ports, but are installed on precision machined grease dispenser bodies. Sensors will recognize the flow of grease and include digital readouts of pressure and set points. These integral flow sensors are presently available only on the GPMD10000 series dispensers.

Integral Flow sensors are available for GPMD10000 Series Dispensers (Outputs are PNP and connector is M12). Sensor has 1000 psi digital readout pressure scale. Use with NLGI 0 through NLGI 2 grease with dispensers that will cause 10 to 1000 psi momentarily as grease is dispensed.
